2009 CROP Hunger Walk
This year's Howell CROP Hunger Walk was held on Sunday, October 11, 2009 at 2:00pm beginning at First Presbyterian Church in Howell. The CROP Hunger Walk's theme was "We walk because they walk." The CROP Hunger walk was fun, but it was also an opportunity to experience what millions of people have to do each day just to survive: they walk. They walk for food, water, firewood, employement, school, and shelter.
2009 Community Good Friday Service
This years Good Friday Service was held April 10, 12:00pm at Howell First United Methodist Church. Eight area clergy and four lay persons, representing seven different churches, participated in the service.
2009 Howell High School Baccalaureate
The Howell High School Baccalaureate was held on Sunday, May 31st at 2:00 PM in the Howell High School Auditorium. This special Service, sponsored by the Howell Ministerial Association, reflected on the Graduate’s school years, as well as looked forward to the future. We thank the family and friends of the graduates for supporting this event.
